Building Qualified Inquiries
CollegeVine offers a reliable way to generate highly qualified new inquiries through our extensive network. The process works as follows:
- Connection requests: You can send connection requests to students, and students can send requests to you.
- Mutual connections: A connection is formed when both sides accept the request, creating a mutually agreed relationship.
- CRM integration: Once a connection is established, it can be exported directly to your CRM for further management.
Dashboard
Upon logging in, users land on the Dashboard, which serves as the central hub for managing connections and viewing key activities:
- Overview: The dashboard provides an overview of activities, including those of teammates.
- Connection graph: As connections are established, the graph in the middle updates, offering a visual representation.
- Detailed breakdown: Users can delve deeper into connection data by clicking the View Breakdown and Week buttons on the graph.
- Direct access to features: The dashboard offers direct access to features such as managing connections and viewing messages.
Managing Connections and Communication
CollegeVine enables users to review and engage in direct messaging with their connections, providing a streamlined way to interact with prospective students:
- Requests: Users can review connection requests initiated by students.

Clicking on the user's profile picture or initials in the top-right corner reveals options to personalize the CollegeVine experience and take advantage of even more features:

- School profile: Edit the institutional profile page in real time.
- Class goals: Powered by AI and machine learning, users can define their "right fit" student profile, and CollegeVine will automatically identify and connect with matching students.
- Personal profile: Add a profile picture and share information about yourself to build meaningful connections with students.
- Account management: Provides an overview of all users from the institution and their permission levels, with CRM admins and other admins having the ability to invite new users and make updates.
